MEASURES
- The government approval the resumption of international air routes to Guangzhou, Taiwan, Seoul, Tokyo, Phnom Penh and Vientiane to allow the entry of foreign experts, investors and locals.
- The outbreak in Da Nang has come under control and all activities have returned to normal on 25 September.
