ENTERING RECOVERY PHASE
Updates on Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) phase in Malaysia.
MEASURES
- Starting from 29 June, Malaysians and foreigners entering the country will need to bear the cost of COVID-19 test which will be conducted upon the arrival.
- Starting from 15 July, the schools will reopen in stages. Based on the issued guidelines, the schools have the right to choose the model of operation that suits for the schools. The reopening of schools shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- In addition, the government continues its’ ongoing discussion with Singapore on the preparation to reopen the Malaysia-Singapore border to facilitate the travels of workers, especially for those who commute daily.
