Universities in Bangladesh will resume academic activities in May.

MEASURES

  • On 22 February 2021, it was reported that the universities in Bangladesh will reopen from 24 May, 2021.
  • All educational institutions have remained closed since 17 March 2020 and the closure has been extended repeatedly throughout 2020.
  • All students, teachers and employees in universities will be vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to the reopening of university.
