The government discussed economic policies for the second half of 2020 while continuing rules ‘‘Distancing in daily life’’.

UPDATES

  • The 19th Ministerial Meeting on the Economy 2 was hosted to discuss the economic policies for the second half of 2020 to recover economy in the country. Some key topics were discussed, including

    – The second-half economic policies which aim to boost domestic demand, exports and other plans to prepare for a post COVID-19 economy along with the 3rd supplementary budget proposal.
    – A nationwide sales event which will be held from 26 June to 12 July 2020 to promote sales, dining out, as well as tourist programs.
    – Additional support for industries hit hardest by the COVID-19, including auto part suppliers, medium-sized shipbuilders textile and clothing makers, exhibition businesses and sports service providers.
