ENTERING RECOVERY PHASE

On 27 July, Singapore and Malaysia agreed on key aspects of the Reciprocal Green Lane (RGL) and Periodic Commuting Arrangement (PCA)

MEASURES

  • RGL and PCA will facilitate cross-border travel for official, business and work purposes between both countries.
  • Applications for the two schemes can be submitted from 10 August onwards. Those who are eligible will be required to abide by the mutually agreed terms and prevailing public health measures in both countries.
  • The operational details of RGL and PCA will be finalised and published soon.
  • Bilateral discussions will continue to come out with other schemes for other groups of cross-border travellers.
