RESTRICTIONS STILL IN PLACE
Stay-at-home order issued as cases continues to surge.
- Two townships in Nay Pyi Taw Union Terrority and three townships in Bago has been placed under the stay-at-home order by the Ministry of Health and Sports.
- To date, 31 townships in the country are under the stay-at-home order as the country deals with higher infection rates from new variants of the virus.
- The restrictions ban more than one person from each household to leave the residential place for non-medical reasons.
- There is no timeframe given for the stay-at-home order.
