Virus alert has been raised to the highest level in Tokyo.

MEASURES

• With the spike of number of reported cases in Tokyo, on 15 July, the Tokyo Metropolitan decided to raise the risk status to the highest level.
• The local government advised residents on the following;

  – To refrain from non-essential travel to other prefectures
  – To avoid restaurants, stores, shops and night club that are not taking sufficient preventative measures
