ENTERING RECOVERY PHASE
Japan updated the phased measures for resuming cross-border travel.
- On 24 November, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan updated the phased measures for resuming cross-border travel
- As of 24 November, residence track has been in operation with 10 countries, including Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Taiwan, Singapore, Brunei and Republic of Korea
- As of 24 November, business track has been in operation with 3 countries, including Singapore, Republic of Korea, and Vietnam, whereby Vietnam’s business track is the latest business track launched since 1 November.
- In addition, starting from 4 November, travellers who travel from Japan to Singapore through residence track are required to stay at the designated facilities assigned by the Singapore Government or at the place of residence which subject to the specific requirements for 14 days after entry.
