The government imposed quarantine measures for travellers from Vietnam and Malaysia.

MEASURES

  • The Japanese government announced that a 6-day quarantine period will be imposed on travellers who have recently been to Vietnam and Malaysia.
  • Starting on 4 June 2021, traveller will be required to stay in a government-designated facility and be tested twice for infection if they have been to either of the abovementioned countries within 14 days of arrival.
