Guidelines for the Use of Chlorine-containing Low Temperature Disinfectants have been issued.

 

MEASURES

  • On 9 February 2021, the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council in Response to the COVID-19 issued notice on the Guidelines for the Use of Chlorine containing Low Temperature Disinfectants (in Mandarin).
  • The Guidelines aim to increase the efficiency of disinfection activities under low temperature and two chlorine containing low temperature disinfectants have been developed for -18℃ and -40℃.
  • The industry is advised to refer to the Guidelines in practicing the relevant disinfection activities.
