Exemption from quarantine measures for travellers entering Korea who have completed their vaccinations overseas.
- On 13 June 2021, it was reported that the South Korean government will allow the exemption of quarantine measure for travellers entering Korea who have completed their vaccinations overseas from 1 July 2021 onwards.
- The exemption will only be applicable for travellers entering Korea for important business purposes, academic, public interest purposes, humanitarian purposes.
- Quarantine measures will still be applied for those entering the country for non-essential purposes.
- The exemption will be applied after 2 weeks have elapsed from receiving all the recommended number of vaccines in the country.
