ENTERING RECOVERY PHASE
Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) allows the operation of flights for foreign carriers.
MEASURES
- Starting from 8 June, the foreign carriers which barred from China, will be allowed to resume operating 1 flight per week into China.
- However, the airlines will be limited on the flying routes where they can only choose from a list of Chinese cities provided by the CACC.

A few requirements were stipulated in the announcement, including
– The airlines must suspend the flight for a week, if 5 passengers are tested positive for COVID-19 upon arrival. The airlines need to suspend the flight for four weeks, if 10 passengers are tested positive for COVID-19 upon arrival..
– Additionally, the airlines could not resume operation before the end of suspension period.
