Brunei confirms its first Omicron case

MEASURES

  • The case the case arrived in the country from Britain on 17 December 2021 and was quarantined upon arrival.
  • The preventive and control measures for any of the COVID-19 variants are the same that can be found here.
  • Currently three new confirmed cases of COVID-19 as of 23 December 2021, bringing the total number of infected to 15,429.
  • A total of 140 active cases are still being treated and monitored.
